Ozsubasi Homes is a registered Limited Company, established in the building trade since 1992. We employ more than 150 fully qualified people in the building of our developments, and have offices in Altinkum (near the main beach, next door but one to the ‘Big Nose’ bar) and in the city of Aydin.
We are fully licensed as Estate Agents by the City of Aydin as well as by the local Didim authorities.
The Company began in the late 1980’s and by 1992 our reputation was such that we were awarded building contracts* by the Turkish authorities and by the commercial sector*, and the Company was officially established. In all this time we have remained family owned and managed.
In 2004 we recognised that Altinkum-Didim was a major growth area, and opened offices there. Originally operating under the Ozsubasi Homes banner, we then also formed Location Location Turkey to help cater for the rapidly expanding overseas market.
